PAYMENT & SECURITY

We gladly accept all major credit or debit cards and our store uses a secure and encrypted checkout system powered by STRIPE that is very strict. Rest assured our payment process and your information are totally confidential and secure.  



SHIPPING & DELIVERIES

We ship everywhere! All items are normally dispatched within 24 hours after payment received and we ship via First Class Royal Mail Service. You can expect from two to three working days for delivery if you live in the UK and from five to ten working days if you live elsewhere. If you need your order faster please let us know and we will try to do our best to send it to you via other service. Lost items are not MOiX responsibility.


Our digitally printed goods are sent to you directly from our manufacturer in West London. They focus on product quality, offer a great service and a speedy delivery. These items are made to order and they are usually printed and manufactured in 24h, then shipped to you via First Class Royal Mail Service. Deliveries to UK take from 2 to 5 days and a bit longer for international ones. On the checkout, you will find different options available to you for faster deliveries if needed.



INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that delays can occur in customs and sometimes your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties if you are outside the EU. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility, as we have no control over the duties being charged by the local territory.



SIZES

Before ordering, please select your T-shirt’s size at checkout from the drop down menu on the left and please double check the measurements from our size chart (last picture of the listing). The best thing to do is compare these with one of your t-shirts. Please, please, please double check that before placing your order. 

Please note: All product sizes are expected to be accurate, but due to the nature of making customised products by hand and one by one, there will be marginal size differences in the finished item to the sizes quoted on this website. 


Please keep in mind that unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges for digitally printed custom orders. 



THINGS TO KNOW

DESIGN PLACEMENT: Most products are designed on an M size. Please notice that some minor variations in the placement of the design may occur when a different size is ordered. 


COLOUR SPACE: When printing on alternative products and fabrics, there are unavoidable differences in the colour outcome of all products. Even with the use of Pantone colour charts you will never get an exact match when viewing the final product. This is due to the fact that the colour system associated with each printer is different and the colour also varies in each screen monitor and even when you use different internet browsers in the same computer. 


LIKENESSES: All Promotional Images of our products are good likenesses for what our manufacturer produces but we do not warrant that the final item will be exactly as per the images contained in this web site.



RETURNS

We want you to be a very happy customer and we endeavour to make you fully satisfied with your purchase but please note that, unless completely different from photograph, all sales are final. However we are happy to exchange your unworn t-shirt if is too big or too small as long as we have it in stock. Please notify MOiX within 7 days of placing the order if you wish to exchange your item for a different size and we will arrange a swap. We do not exchange or refund any item if there are any signs of cigarette smoke, odour, detergent, perfume, make-up etc. on the products. Items must be returned in their original condition with all labels intact and your details to help speed up your exchange. Please note you would be required to pay all the shipping costs for the exchange. We aim to make every customer 100% happy with our service, so if you have any problems or queries, drop us an email and we’ll see what we can do.



RETURNS OF OUR DIGITALLY PRINTED RANGE

Please note that unfortunately, unless faulty in any way, we cannot exchange or accept returns for digitally printed orders since these products are produced on demand and custom made for you. We ask you to please double check your size and compare it with the size charts of our manufacturer’s before placing your order. 



PRIVACY

We care for your privacy. A lot. We also hate spam and you can rest assured your details are safe with us. We will never ever share your email or data provided to us with third parties. Never.

WHAT DOES MOiX MEANS

This is definitely a very frequently asked question! Moix is the Majorcan word for CAT. Mallorca is where I come from and I just wanted to pay a little tribute to my beloved and sunny home town. We are pronounced MOSH, without the i, and you wear us in your-own-way!
